The Cancun hotel group, Sunset World, hosts 15 doctors participating in the program on Early Detection of Osteoporosis and Prosthetics that benefited more than 250 people from low-income communities.

Riviera Maya, Mexico – Sunset World joined the work of social assistance conducted by a local government agency through two medical programs that benefited more than 250 people from low-income families.

In the framework of special medical programs on Early Detection of Osteoporosis and Prosthetics, Sunset World provided free lodging for more than 15 doctors from Mexico City attending the conferences in Cancun to provide health assistance to more than 250 people.

In the first program involved specialists Camilo Rodriguez Fernandez, Gloria Herrera Hoyos, Jose Diaz Peniche, and Lilia Ake Rodriguez. The doctors diagnosed the softening of the bones in patients older than 20 years. More than 205 people were diagnosed and given the option of a preventive treatment at an accessible cost.

In a special medial program on prosthetics, more than 46 patients received auditory devices free of charge. Physicians participating in this second program were Rene Jimenez Castillo, Federico Torres Teran, Esperanza Alvarado Gamboa, Eileen Uribe Querol, Alejandro Benavides Ríos, Lucia Zavala Zarate, Jose Franco Canales, Paul Morales Contreras, Jose Vazquez Melendez, Ena Ramirez Uriostegui and Paulina Palacios Canudas.

Sunset World has become one of the most solid tourism corporations in the Mexican Caribbean.
