The Cancun hotel group, Sunset World, announced that its SHARE program would become paperless by eliminating the use of printed-paper in its daily operations.
Cancun, Q. Roo, Mexico – As a way to highlight its compromise to the environment, Sunset World Resorts & Vacations Experiences announced that its successful referrals program, SHARE, will be the first of the group to eliminate the use of paper in its daily operations.
Created in February 2008, SHARE has reduced its paper usage up to 90 percent. The operation manuals, training guides, report systems, and daily telemarketing are handled through digital systems, except for the promotion brochures and the documents to be signed.
SHARE is a rewards program that grants Sunset Club members cash rewards for recommending Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences to family, friend, and colleague. The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) nominated the program as the Best Marketing Program.
Sunset Club was created for families looking for a lifetime vacation experience and looking to have the liberty to exchange and administer their vacations in addition to enjoying the added benefits of their membership.
